Quinoa Salad

When I was down in Los Angeles recently I found a wonderful beach side cafe that had many tasty and healthy choices on the menu. It was a pleasant change from being overly inundated with the usual fast food, high fat, high sugar, highly processed food choices. One thing I tried was a quinoa salad that was filling, very tasty, and very healthy (pictured).
